That's just scratching the surface of what we do each day

TansTech is our trading name and we incorporated in October 2008. Historically we have been a domestic and commercial IT Services provider also offering repairs to devices. 

We have recently changed our focus and have moved to being a Managed Service Provider for Business clients only.​ We have decided to move away from the domestic market and no longer do repairs or upgrades. This is mainly because we no longer have the resources but also, post-Covid, we found it increasingly more difficult to source parts for repairs. The market has also changed somewhat and devices are becoming harder to service and upgrade as manufacturers move to non-replaceable parts such as RAM. Storing and shipping parts has become very expensive so availability has become more limited.

Below is a list of services we can offer although it is not exhaustive.

• Ad-Hoc Support Services – Just contact us when you need us and we’re there for you

• Contracted Support Services – A contract can be tailored to your requirements. This can include out of hours support, regular engineer visits, emergency response or anything else you feel would be important to your business

• Prepaid Support Services – Purchase time in advance to benefit from a more cost-effective solution

• Planning and Installation – We can take care of the design of your new system and take care of the installation of all of your IT hardware. We can even supply the hardware for you if you wish. We can also help you redesign and develop your existing system

• Consultation – Need help with an IT solution? Speak to us. Want to know what software or hardware will suit your solution? Speak to us.

• System Audit – We are happy to come to your premises and perform an audit on your current set-up and follow up with a report with our recommendations (dependant on location).

• Data Recovery – We can perform recovery from most hard disks, USB media and memory cards. We also have partners
